Erin A. Olsen Erin A. Olsen has been spreading her enthusiasm and vision for the power of desktop technology since 1994 to more than 37,000 people in seven countries. Since founding PCKeys Technology Solutions, she has authored more than 39 CBT titles, developed hundreds of courses and effectively presented to thousands. When Erin started her technology career, Windows was in its infancy and Office as a suite of applications did not yet exist. Because of that, Erin can appreciate the evolution of the applications that have evolved from fairly simple with one or two toolbars and 80 or so features to the phenomenal suite it is today with each applications boasting hundreds of features and capabilities we only imagined 20 years ago. Of course for most to appreciate and know how to use these complex applications, they need help and that is where Erin excels. She uses real world non-technical methods to explain technical concepts and works to provide examples and suggestions for everyone, regardless of their age, experience, career or specific type of work. Erin is able to do this because of her unique approach to teaching as well as her background that includes formal education in information technology and education with an emphasis in instructional design and technology (B.I.T., M.Ed.), technical expertise, real-world experience and understanding of adult learning.
